If ever there were an assignment, service, job, or duty that drives me to my knees, it's serving in a church administrative role.  The enormity of expectation and responsibility is far greater than anyone is capable of handling on their own.  And if ever there was a time to explore and expand God-given talents and abilities that will impact and bring change outside of church ministry; that time is way beyond now.  How does Lynn Farris fit in all of this? Who is Lynn Farris?  To those who know her dearly, may say she is a giver, a conglomerate of building up the lives of others, an operative comprise of administrative skill, a melodic voice, a powerhouse of thought and organizational input, and a passionate pursuer of all things excellent.  Could this be how she fits?  She is by far a deep engaging thinker and an assertive ghostwriter who creates from her heart strings.  With that being said, she doesn't fit, nor does she desire to because her uniqueness makes ready her own path. Knowing her best, I would say Lynn Farris is a loving mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, and a person who takes the needs of others over her own.  She is one whose heart is big enough to extend love to many, and generous enough to never ignore the least.  From the start of organizing Bruised But Not Broken to the creation of her own personal ministries, When Sisters Talk and Saving Sisterhood, to serving as executive administrator to numerous pastors, women's ministry director, church administrator, along with her ongoing endeavors to utilize every gift from God for His glory; this intriguing woman is a dreamer and a creator of those dreams!  She sees beyond vision to what can vividly be brought to life!
